Any two of these together usually mean the system, not a single section, is failing.

• Repeated pinhole leaks in the same runs
• Rust-colored or metallic-tasting water
• Galvanized or polybutylene supply piping
• Pressure that drops sharply when two fixtures run
• Visible corrosion and staining at joints

Materials and process

We repipe in PEX-A or copper depending on layout, budget, and preference. Work is staged room by room so water is restored each evening, permits are pulled, and the final inspection is scheduled before we close walls.
