New and modified gas piping is sized for total connected BTU load, pressure tested, and inspected. You receive documentation of the test, which matters for insurance, appliance warranties, and resale.
A sulfur or rotten-egg odor, hissing near a line or appliance, dead vegetation along a buried run, or unexplained pilot outages all warrant immediate attention. Leave the building first and contact the utility — then call us for the repair once the area is safe.
Adding a gas range, dryer, fireplace, grill, or generator means adding capacity, not just a pipe. We calculate total connected load, size the run correctly, and test the system before it is placed in service.
